Cooking Group

Join our fantastic and dynamic cooking group held every Tuesday between 10.30am – 12.30 pm- Our facilitator runs a different recipe every week.  Our group activities program is continuously reviewed and updated to reflect participants interests and skill level. Headway ADP groups offer you the chance to try new activities and learn new skills in a supportive environment. You may choose to stay in our groups or when you are ready find others in the community.
