Headway ADP offers a range of small groups activities.

Group activities provide a great opportunity to do something you enjoy or try something new by joining an activity where you can meet other people with common interests, reduce social isolation and have fun.

Experience in running groups for people with acquired brain injury has taught us that it can be difficult to return to regular activities or find new ones following a brain injury.

Our groups are tailored to meet the individual needs of people living with an Acquired Brain Injury and encourage exercise, creativity, conversation and thinking (memory training and games that help your brain function).
